New Construction: 

Working with a myriad of General Contractors throughout Arizona, we are capable of installing commercial roofing on new buildings. We work with General Contractor project management teams to insure the right material is being installed, safety requirements are being met, project schedules are being adhered to, and customer expectations are being surpassed.

Reroofing:

Our experienced estimating and sales staff are at the ready to meet with you to discuss your options for reroofing your building. Our services include coring the existing roof, preparing roofing specifications to meet your demands, and working with the appropriate roofing manufacturer to insure a long term manufacturer’s warranty is issued.

Emergency Roof Repairs:

We understand roof leaks can and do occur at the most inopportune times. For this reason, Pioneer Roofing Co. has a 24 hour Service Department which prides itself on dispatching one of our service crews to investigate and remedy your emergency situation as quickly as possible.

Scheduled Roof Maintenance/Housekeeping:

In order to preempt many of the emergency roof repair calls we receive, our Service Department offers a roof maintenance/housekeeping service. This pre-paid service includes inspecting your roof once or twice a year and performing general roof cleaning and minor roof repairs. This includes removing debris from rooftop drain and scupper areas, resealing pipe penetrations and rooftop units where needed, and reporting back to the customer on possible leak issues that may arise in the future. We are capable of providing budgetary costs for future repairs or reroofing.

Waterproofing:

We install below grade and between slab waterproofing systems on both new construction and retrofit projects. We specialize in a number of cold applied, hot applied, and sheet membrane waterproofing systems.

Deck Coatings:

We install pedestrian and vehicular traffic coating systems on both new construction and retrofit projects.

Roof Inspections:

If you’re not sure what the current condition of your roof is, our experienced sales staff is qualified to inspect the condition of your commercial roof and to provide you with our findings, including project photographs and a written cost proposal to correct any deficiencies observed during the inspection.
